I sent it and I just get a big fat: "We understand, but we regret to inform you." Their response is always the same. They wanted me to prove it was me, so that's why they needed that information. A screenshot of the payment for the membership. Then they asked me for billing information, and I've been asking my dad to help me with it, and he did. I told them I couldn't reset my password. Anyway, I've been emailing them, and they've been emailing me back and forth. I've been trying to find a way to contact them for a year and I finally got a response by submitting a request on their website 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, my account was stolen from the data breach. This game is entertaining for me and I love it. I fed back and have not had the £50 back which is what was essentially lost. This also happened to my younger daughter on another device about a week later so the way the game has been coded must mean this happens to everyone. She was very upset and I had to buy another £25 worth of gems to calm her down - she's autistic and didn't cope well with the unexpected removal of her items purchased with her own money. When she logged in all the items she had bought with her gems had been removed. To continue playing she was forced to create an account. It was asking her to enter a password, which she did not have as she had not created an account. ![]() ![]() The gems were bought and within days my eldest found herself unable to access the game. I haven't allowed in app purchases before but given it was seen as a Christmas present I agreed. They asked to use some of their Christmas money to purchase gems. Both my daughters started using animal jam around Christmas.
